The Villainous Duke’s Daughter Hides Her True Identity

I was the perfect spy, raised by the Pope himself.

For a mission to steal the Kraitian Duke Family’s heirloom, I drank a shrinking potion and infiltrated their estate.

“Why are my hands so small? What happened to my voice? Ah! My pronunciation! Why am I so short?”

But something went wrong, and I ended up becoming a five-year-old child.

If I failed the mission, death was the only thing waiting for me.

Desperate to survive, I tried to do whatever I could in my five-year-old body.

“Repone Kraitian. Starting today, she will be my daughter.”

I was adopted as the youngest daughter of the Duke’s family.

Great! I was planning to use them anyway to find the heirloom. Since things turned out this way, I might as well enjoy my time with the Duke’s family before they disown me.

That was what I thought...

But why are these people treating me so kindly when we aren't even related by blood?

I only infiltrated the family through adoption for the sake of my mission. I shouldn't get my hopes up. I need to run away.

And yet...

I just can't bring myself to leave.

Is it okay for me to be greedy and want this?
