The Hostage Bride Wants a Divorce

To bring an end to a prolonged war, the Duke's daughter, Saleria, was married off as a "hostage" to Harris, the enemy nation's "Cold and Logical Duke."

Three years have passed since then. Despite being husband and wife, he has never whispered words of love to her, given her a single gift, or spent any quiet time alone with her. Beside her emotionless husband, she has continued to play the role of the perfect wife without a single complaint—but she is finally exhausted.

Then, one day, as the formal establishment of peace draws near, Saleria makes a request of him.

“Husband, once peace is established, would you divorce me?”
