To Your Wingman

At an Air Force Academy where dating is strictly forbidden, fourth-year cadet Im Cheong-ha, the academy’s notorious “old-fashioned disciplinarian” who punishes cadets for romantic relationships, suddenly receives a bizarre dying message from an unknown person:

“Let’s get married in our next life, too.”
“This time, I won’t kill you.”

Then comes an even more unsettling confession:

“…I’ve thought about you for far too long, Im Cheong-ha.
You were so beautiful that I couldn’t take my eyes off you. From the moment I first saw you… from so long ago.
…And then, watching you slowly die by my hand—”

Enough already. If you’re going to keep this up, just confess to me, you crazy bastard.

Then I’ll make sure it’s not me who gets killed so brutally—it’ll be you.
