Things I Didn’t Know Because It Was The First Time

"All I want… is to live with you again."

Scarlett Dumfelt — daughter of a great clockmaker and wife of the hero, Captain Victor —
loses her memory while being interrogated at the police station,
due to those opposing Victor’s return to the royal family.

"By the time you leave,
you won’t remember what happened here."

A missing week of memories.
A secret Victor kept, now headlined in the papers.

"You betrayed me."

With no recollection and no way to explain herself,
Scarlett ultimately decides to divorce Victor.
She begins a new life as a watchmaker,
but Victor begins to linger around her with an unfamiliar expression…

"Why do you keep coming back?"
"If you don’t want me to come to you… then come back to me instead.

I intend to win you back."

A bittersweet mutual salvation between two people
who are strangers to love —
