The Male Lead And Female Lead Broke Up

I am now possessed by the character of the "villainess, Belita," in a romance fantasy novel.

A character destined to die horribly after stalking the male lead and tormenting the female lead.

If I want to survive, there is only one answer: before the story begins, I must break off my engagement with the male lead and leave the city.
After careful planning, I managed to break off the engagement by receiving a diamond mine as alimony.
...I thought I was finally saved.

However, with the shocking news that the male and female leads have broken up,
the man who once despised me confesses his love,
the female lead now admires me as a savior,
and the man originally fated to kill me starts flirting with me.
Even a character who wasn’t in the original story is willing to risk his life for me.

But despite all this chaos in the original story... why is the event that pushes me toward death still unfolding as it was?
In this messed-up version of the original, will I... be able to survive?
