The Final Boss Wants to Die

It’s been six years since I was trapped in this world, possessing "Hell Lord, the Evil God"—the final boss of a massive VR game.

My only way out of here is to be defeated as the boss.

"Just kill me already!"

Then, a low-level priest decked out in legendary items appears and overpowers me. But the words that leave his lips are…

"I didn't come here to kill you."

Claiming he cares nothing for vast experience points or fame, he wants only one thing.

"I want you to live. Don't die, Iroha."

To me, who can never escape this place unless I die, he whispers sweet words while fastening a collar around my neck to keep me alive.

Will I ever be able to return to my original world?
