I Took the Villain as a Housekeeper [Novel]

Because of disturbing rumors, no one came to work at the mansion, and I ended up becoming its caretaker.
But since I had no talent for housework, I was constantly tormented by a germaphobic ghost… until I put out a newspaper ad for a housekeeper.

And then—the only applicant was an incredibly handsome man, whom I hired without asking any questions…

“Thank you for hiring me. Here’s my résumé.”

• Name: Dante van Dyke

• Main Experience:
Former Commander of the Imperial Special Magical Forces

• Aspirations & Future Plans:
Planning to clean up the corrupt Empire.

What the heck?!
He turned out to be the hidden mastermind who would one day bring down the Empire.
Why on earth is he preparing for that while doing housework in my home? I forced a harmless smile.

“Unfortunately, you didn’t pass the document screening…”
“Do you perhaps dislike me?”

His chilling gaze sank lower and lower, overwhelming me with fear.

“A-actually, that was just a pressure interview. You’re hired.”
“What shall I do first, Master? I’m good at housework… but I’m also good at other things.”

Suddenly, he turned sweet and flashed a dazzling smile.

“I’d also gladly take care of your night duties.”
“…Excuse me, what?”
“I mean overtime, of course.”

He was downright dangerous.
And as if that weren’t enough, a Swordmaster, a Demon, and even the Tower Master came knocking—

“We saw the job ad for cook, gardener, and butler. Please order us as you wish, Master.”

Oh, for heaven’s sake, stop plotting rebellion in my house!
