I'm the veteran stuck in an angsty drama prison [Novel]

When I opened my eyes, I’d become the top dog of the prison cell?!

I was isekai'd into a book, but… hey, hold on a minute.

What am I supposed to do if I’ve been transported 10 years before the original story even starts?

The setting: a prison.

The problem is, this place is even more savage than a jungle!

And so, after tumbling and struggling for 10 years.

I,

became the boss of the cell.

*

“Hey, Mint. Cut it out. Seriously.”

“I’m afraid I don’t know what you’re talking about, sir.”

I’d become a laid-back, good-for-nothing kind of boss.

But I’m fine with it. It’s the privilege of being a seasoned pro.

“I’ll have you declared dead on paper. In return, you have to do a job for me.”

“I’m afraid I don’t know what you mean, sir.”

Then, an unbelievable opportunity presented itself.

“Help me, and I’ll let you out.”

“What is your command, master?”

“……”

The warden of the prison ordered me, the one who’d become its resident psycho.

“The new inmate arriving soon—make him the new top dog of this prison.”

They call it a prison, but this place is a lawless zone.

If I can make one man the boss here, I can finally get out.

“However, the place you need to go is a men's prison.”

“...Huh? How am I supposed to go in with something I don’t have?”

“With a disguise, of course! A disguise!”

But, what do you know?

Turns out the new guy is the original story's male lead.
